Shelina Zadorsky joined us from Orlando Pride in August, 2020.

Initially arriving on loan, she completed a permanent transfer to the Club in January, 2021.

The Canadian international defender started her senior career with Perth Glory in 2014 where she made 14 appearances to help the side to a second-place finish in the W-League, before moving to Swedish top flight side Vittsjö GIK.

She moved to Washington Spirit in 2016, where she spent two seasons, and was named their Newcomer of the Year after her debut campaign, before captaining the team in 2017.

She made 39 appearances in total for Orlando Pride after joining them in 2018.

During her first season with us, she played 18 times in the Barclays FA Women's Super League and added another five appearances in cup competitions, scoring once in a Conti Cup clash with Arsenal in November, 2020.

Zadorsky featured prominently in 2021/22, playing 28 games in all competitions, and kept 10 clean sheets.

At international level, Shelina won a bronze medal with her country at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, before winning gold at the delayed 2020 Olympics in Tokyo during the summer of 2021.

In January, 2024, Shelina joined West Ham United on loan.
