Australia international Charlotte Grant joined us in January, 2024, following a spell at Vittsjö GIK.

‘Charli’ went on to make 14 appearances in the second half of the 2023/24 season and netted her first goal for the Club in a 3-0 win over Southampton in the Subway Women’s League Cup in January, 2024.

The full-back made a further 14 appearances for us in the following campaign, with 10 of those coming in the Barclays Women's Super League, three in the Subway Women's League Cup and one in the Adobe Women's FA Cup.

Born in Adelaide, South Australia, Charli signed for Adelaide United in October, 2018, and made her debut for The Reds just a month later, going on to make 34 league appearances for the Australian side before heading overseas.

The defender joined Swedish side Rosengård in April, 2021, before later moving on loan to fellow Swedish club Vittsjö GIK, to where she permanently moved in January, 2023, making 23 appearances last season.

Charli represents Australia at senior level, making her debut in 2021 and scored her first goal for the Matildas in a 2-0 win over England in London back in April, 2023. She was also part of the Matildas squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2023 FIFA World Cup.
