We take our first steps into this season’s Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening when we take on Doncaster Rovers in the third round at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The visitors, currently seventh in League One, have won 4-0 at Middlesbrough and 2-0 at Accrington Stanley so far in the competition.
As a club competing in Europe, we enter the tournament at this stage.

We get underway at 7.45pm UK time.

Wednesday’s tie will be available to watch on Sky Sports+ in the UK.

What is the team news?
Ben Davies (knee) and Randal Kolo Muani (dead leg) both miss out again, as they did for Saturday’s trip to Brighton & Hove Albion, while Thomas Frank has confirmed that Antonin Kinsky is in line for his first start of the season between the sticks.
Dominic Solanke and Kota Takai have begun training with the group, while Yves Bissouma, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Radu Dragusin remain out.
Our on-loan forward Damola Ajayi is eligible to feature for Doncaster against us while our former Academy goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala could also be involved for them.
Midfielder Harry Clifton is sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Who is the referee?
Andrew Madley will officiate Wednesday night’s match in N17.
He’ll be assisted by Nick Hopton and Craig Taylor, with Farai Hallam as the fourth official.
Which kit colours will the teams be wearing?
We’ll be wearing our 2025/26 home kit, featuring Lilywhite shirts, navy blue shorts and white socks.
Our goalkeeper will be in blue.
Doncaster will don their familiar red and white hooped shirts, complete with white shorts and red socks. Their keeper will be in lime green.
