Martin Ho’s excellent start to his maiden Barclays Women’s Super League campaign has been recognised with a nomination for WSL Manager of the Month award for September.

Joining us from SK Brann in July, 2025, after two seasons with the Norwegian side, our Head Coach has enjoyed a bright start to life in north London.

Impressing in the forward areas with some stunning goals while being resilient at the back, Martin’s integration of his new style of play has seen us sit fourth in the table with nine points out of 12 from our four opening games of the season.

Beginning the season with a 1-0 win over West Ham United at home, we followed that up with an impressive 2-0 victory at Everton, keeping clean sheets in our first two games in England’s top flight for the first time in our history.

Despite a disappointing defeat to Manchester City at home under the lights, we bounced back last weekend to return to winnings ways in the WSL with a 2-1 win at Leicester City.

Also in contention for the award are Chelsea’s Sonia Bompastor, Man City’s Andree Jeglertz and Man Utd’s Marc Skinner.

As usual, fan votes will help to decide the winners – so cast your vote via the link below to give your support to Martin. Voting is now open and will close on Monday 6 October at 11am (UK).
