We can announce that Vicky Jepson, our Women’s Senior Assistant Coach, will leave the Club at the end of the season to pursue a new opportunity with the United States Women’s Youth National Teams.
Formerly with Liverpool for more than a decade, Vicky joined us in August, 2021 as an Assistant Coach.
In March, 2023, she was appointed Interim Head Coach until the end of the 2022/23 campaign, leading us to important results that term which helped us secure our Barclays Women’s Super League status.
With the arrival of Robert Vilahamn as Head Coach in July, 2023, Vicky then took up the role of Senior Assistant Head Coach and was part of the coaching staff that guided the team to our first-ever Adobe Women’s FA Cup Final in May, 2024.
Andy Rogers, Managing Director of Tottenham Hotspur Women, said: “Vicky has been a great ambassador for our Club. Her leadership helped us maintain our WSL status, and she has always been a driver of the growth and development of this team. In addition to the journey she’s been on with Tottenham Hotspur, we are also proud of her for becoming one of just 17 women to achieve the UEFA Pro License. She now has the opportunity for a new challenge in one of the biggest international set-ups, and the Club wishes her every success.”
