Odobert your Player of the Match after triumph over AZ Alkmaar

Wilson Odobert has been named your HSBC Player of the Match after he struck twice against AZ Alkmaar on Thursday night to help us through to the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals.

Having recently returned to the side from injury, the summer signing showed us what we have been missing during his spell on the sidelines after he lit up N17 with a dazzling display.

Scoring his first goals for the Club, his performances earned him your votes and have seen him named your Player of the Match for the first time.

Having been missing from the side since the autumn with a hamstring issue, the forward returned to action last month and has been working his way back to full match fitness since.

And we finally got a glimpse of just what the man from Meaux is capable of as he broke his goalscoring duck and bagged a brace as we progressed to the last eight in the Europa League.
