Supporters are asked to take particular note of the information regarding the unauthorised use of tickets which can be found below.
Getting to Craven Cottage
Craven Cottage is accessible via all major transport links. Putney Bridge is the closest London Underground station, located a 10-20 minute walk from the stadium, and is served by the District line. Due to the closure of Willow Bank, supporters walking via Ranelagh Gardens should follow the diversion outlined on the map below. Alternatively, when leaving the Tube station, follow signs to the Thames Path.
Hammersmith is a 20-40 minute walk from the ground, with its two stations serving the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, and the Piccadilly and District lines respectively.
For supporters travelling by train, Putney Railway station is served by South Western Railway and located 1.2 miles from the stadium. The station is easily accessible from Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
No planned engineering works are scheduled on lines serving the stations nearest to Fulham, but supporters are strongly advised to plan their journey in advance and check before they travel. The latest travel news is available via TfL.gov.uk and nationalrail.co.uk.
Parking around Craven Cottage is extremely limited and access to the surrounding streets on a matchday is restricted by a Traffic Management Order. We therefore strongly encourage supporters not to drive to the stadium.
Entering the stadium
The visitors’ section is located in the Putney End, with entrances on Stevenage Road on the side closest to Bishop’s Park.
Supporters are advised to arrive early to allow time for security checks and avoid queues at turnstiles.
Accessibility
Fulham’s guide for disabled supporters can be found here.
Accessible parking is limited at Craven Cottage and must be arranged in advance through Fulham. Please contact enquiries@fulhamfc.com for availability.
Upon arrival, supporters can use a dedicated accessible entrance to the left of the turnstiles where stewards will be available to assist with entry and, if required, access to your seat. Fulham’s Access team are easily identifiable in green jackets.
Accessible toilets are available in the visitors’ section. Supporters without their own RADAR key will be able to request one from a steward. Audio descriptive commentary is also available. Should you wish to use the service, please contact enquiries@fulhamfc.com to arrange a headset.
Access Stewards will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.
Refreshments
Concessions in the visitors’ section of the stadium will be serving food and hot and cold drinks as well as alcoholic beverages.
Visiting Supporters’ Pub
The Eight Bells, The Kings Arms and The Temperance pubs are recommended for visiting supporters.
Matchday programme
Fulham’s matchday programmes are priced at £4.00 and are on sale outside the stadium on Stevenage Road, in the stadium store, and on the concourses in the Putney End Stand.
Bag Policy
Supporters are encouraged not to bring a bag to the stadium where possible. If a bag is required, it must be smaller than A4 (11.7 x 8.27 x 8.27 inches) and will be searched on entry.
Oversized bags will need to be left at Fulham’s Bag Drop facility, located at Ormiston Bridge Academy. A £5 fee will be applicable per item, with all proceeds donated to the Fulham FC Foundation.
If you are registered on our Disability Access Scheme and have a bag exemption certificate for home matches, please bring the certificate with you. Fulham will accept these forms on the day and will allow you to enter with your bag.
While Fulham do not have a formal list of prohibited items, stewards will use their judgement to assess items. In the event that an item cannot be brought inside, supporters will be asked to use the left luggage facilities that are available.
Cashless payments
All payments inside the stadium will be cashless. Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Ticket Office
Tickets can be collected from booths outside the Johnny Haynes Stand on Stevenage Road.
Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.
Flags and banners
Smaller flags can be brought into the stadium provided that they are not mounted on poles, contain no offensive wording or slogans, and are no bigger than 150cm in depth or width.
Larger flags and banners can usually be brought into the stadium provided that they are accompanied by a valid fire certificate. Please contact Fulham in advance of your visit if you wish to arrange for a larger flag to be brought into the stadium. It is also important to stress that flags cannot be attached to any surface where they might obscure emergency signage. Please comply with the requests of our stewards in the event that a flag needs to be relocated or taken down.
Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Spurs respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
To report an incident at Craven Cottage, please notify the nearest steward or text ‘FULHAM’ to 60066 along with details of the incident and block/row/seat information where possible.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50 percent reduction of Ticketing Points.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club will make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of original tickets.
