Summer Tour 2025 | Thomas surprises fans by joining Ledley at OSC evening in Hong Kong

Thomas Frank thrilled fans with a surprise appearance at our Supporters' Club evening in Hong Kong on Wednesday evening.

Our Head Coach took time out of his schedule to join Ledley King on stage and talk to supporters at the event at Dockyards, Kerry Hotel.

He spoke about his early weeks at the club, how preparations are progressing in pre-season, facing PSG in the UEFA Super Cup and, of course, Arsenal at the Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on Thursday evening - a game we went on to win 1-0. He also spoke in glowing terms about our fans in Asia before departing to rapturous applause.

After last season's UEFA Europa League success, Ledley spoke about his experiences of lifting the League Cup as captain in 2008, with particular reference to what that does to the mentality of the squad. He was also asked about Thomas Frank, pre-season so far and took a number of questions from the packed audience before signing autographs.
