Single sign-on is live: Important Changes to Digital Platform Accounts

Tue 02 December 2025, 14:00|Tottenham Hotspur

As outlined in recent emails from the Club, the new SSO (Single Sign-On) log in process is now live.

The system is in place across the following digital platforms:

  • The Official Spurs App
  • eTicketing
  • The Membership Hub
  • SPURSPLAY
  • Player Development Programmes - Online Booker

Supporters are encouraged to read the below information carefully as the update will affect the way you log in to some of our services.

1. Use your email address to log in

All supporters logging in to The Official Spurs App, eTicketing, The Membership Hub, SPURSPLAY or Player Development Programme Online Booker will now log in using their email address as their username - this will be the only way to log into your account.

Users who currently log in using their CRN (Client Reference Number) will now need to use the email address associated with their CRN. You can use the above links to log in and initiate this change.

Your CRN will still be associated with your account. This will continue to be the number associated with your match tickets, ticketing points and booking history, and other supporters will still be able to add you to their networks using your unique CRN.

2. Logging in from Tuesday 2 December 2025

All users logging in from Tuesday 2 December will need to verify their account by receiving a one-time use authenticator code.

Once you have entered your username and password, you will be presented with the following screen.

3. You will receive your authentication code to your email address from identity@tottenhamhotspur.com.

Here's an example of the authentication email.

This code will be valid for 5 minutes and must be entered correctly into the Verification code box. Please ensure you check your spam and junk folders if you can't find it in your primary inbox.

4. Mandatory requirement to change your password

Once successfully authenticated, ALL users are required to change their password.

Your password must contain at least:

  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One symbol

After completing these steps, you will be successfully logged into your account.

We strongly recommend updating your saved passwords with your new password, and, if applicable, your new username.

5. If you have more than one CRN associated with your email address

If you have multiple CRNs linked to the same email address, you’ll now be able to access all of them under a single login, once you’ve completed the steps above.

When you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to enter the first and last name, and date of birth of the individual logging in.

Please note that once you click 'Complete Registration', this individual will be considered the lead account holder for the multiple CRNs associated to the email address.

Premium Members with multiple CRNs assigned to one email address will not be required to complete this step. They’ll instead be presented with the CRN selection screen below.

You will then be presented with a selection screen, displaying the CRN's associated to the lead account holder's email address. Simply select the CRN you wish to manage and you will be logged into that account.

To switch to another CRN account, simply log out and sign back in - you’ll be presented with the selection screen again.
