Ipswich move for young duo

We have agreed that youngsters Milly Boughton and Elkie Bowyer can play for FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division side Ipswich Town for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign under dual-registration.

Milly and Elkie have both been part of our Professional Game Academy set-up, with the former making her senior debut earlier in the season against in the Conti Cup win over Bristol City. 

They will join young forward Lenna Gunning-Williams who is currently on loan at Ipswich, where she has scored nine goals in 13 games so far.

Under the terms of the dual-registration, they will continue to train with us on certain days of the week alongside their training and matchday commitments with Ipswich.
