George Abbott smashed home a fabulous strike to make it two goals in as many games for loan club Notts County on Sunday.
Fresh from netting his first ever senior league goal in Boxing Day’s 2-0 victory at MK Dons, the 19-year-old grabbed the headlines with a superb shot to help his side to a 5-3 win at Cheltenham Town.
With the scores level at 2-2 approaching the hour mark, a corner was cleared as far as the midfielder, who stepped onto the ball at the edge of the box and sent an excellent strike spinning into the far top corner.

That sparked a flurry of goals as the visitors recovered from conceding another equaliser to push on and claim maximum points in the League Two clash.
George once again completed the full 90 minutes for second-placed Notts County, who host Walsall on New Year’s Day.
