Spurs vs Forest | How to watch, team news, kit colours, key information

Sat 06 April 2024, 23:50|Tottenham Hotspur

Nottingham Forest are the visitors to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in a rare Sunday 6pm fixture this weekend.

Led by our former Head Coach Nuno Espirito Santo, the visitors are perched just above the drop zone in the Premier League, while victory for us would see us move back into the top four in the wake of Aston Villa’s draw with Brentford on Saturday afternoon.

Here’s all you need to know ahead of the match...

How can I watch the game?

Sunday’s match will be televised live in the UK on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event, kick-off 6pm.

Remember, you can also follow the game live and in-depth via our Match Centre here on tottenhamhotspur.com and the Spurs Official app, where we’ll have full live radio and text commentary available, complemented by images, live in-game stats and more.

Overseas broadcast listings can be found here for those following us outside of the UK.

In the countdown to kick-off on Sunday, you can watch The Warm-Up, our pre-match show emanating from inside the stadium, which will be on air from 5.15pm UK time on SPURSPLAY and our official YouTube channel. Similarly, The Review Show will be available from two hours after the full-time whistle on SPURSPLAY.

Video highlights can be viewed on SPURSPLAY from two hours after the game, with a full match replay available from midnight.

What is the team news?

Richarlison will miss Sunday’s game after a slight knee complaint following Tuesday evening’s draw at West Ham.

He joins Manor Solomon (knee), Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) and Fraser Forster (foot) in the treatment room.

As for Nottingham Forest, defender Willy Boly and striker Taiwo Awoniyi are sidelined.

It’s considered unlikely that Nuno Tavares will be fit to return this weekend.

Who is the referee?

Simon Hooper will referee Sunday’s match, assisted by Adrian Holmes and Simon Long.

The fourth official will be Thomas Bramall.

Michael Salisbury and assistant James Mainwaring will be in charge of VAR.

What colours will the teams be playing in?

We’ll be wearing our all-Lilywhite home kit as usual, with our goalkeeper in light blue.

Nottingham Forest will wear navy blue shirts with patterned orange stripes on the chest, navy blue shorts and navy blue socks.

Their goalkeeper will wear yellow.

What will the weather conditions be like?

It’s forecast to stay dry and bright in the capital on Sunday, with temperatures at around 15 degrees.
